Our primary goal is to lay a foundation of who God is and how much He loves us. We teach that Jesus is the Son of God, how He lived, and that we are striving to be like Him. To achieve this goal, we read a Bible verse each day and include age-appropriate Scripture memorization in our Wee Learn Curriculum.
Once each week, children attend a Chapel service, Bible Lessons are presented, teaching the joy of worship and prayer along with, songs and other related activities.
A purposeful program of movement and exercise is critical in the development of your child. Not only does it enhance motor abilities, it also helps in academic and other areas that go far beyond the playground. Our Fitness Instructor offers children non-stop fun with special physical activities, games and music all geared to develop coordination and beginner skills.
Each week your child’s imagination and love for reading will grow as our Library Time storyteller reads a wide variety of children’s books. Children are given the opportunity to learn new vocabulary words, discuss books and anticipate story outcome. Respect and care for books are taught each week.

First Baptist Preschool Learning Center promotes community awareness through special programs for children enrolled in the three and four year old programs. Throughout the year special events will be offered.
To further develop your child’s confidence and self-esteem, children participate in several musical performances where parents are invited to attend. Of course, our annual Christmas pageant, which stars our three and four year olds, is one of the most anticipated performances each year! Finally, when the big day arrives and your child completes our preschool, you and your family can look forward to our annual “cap and gown” graduation.
