Esther is a 9 week in-depth women's Bible study of the book of Esther - a profile in courage.  Join Beth in a very personal examination of this great story of threat and deliverance as she peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to our lives today.  Just as it was tough being a women in Esther's day, it's tough today.  This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried and pressured lives.

The Amazing Collection - "The Early Minor Prophets"
(Book cost $10.00)
(Childcare is NOT available.)

Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah and Micah
Welcome to the Minor Prophets whose message was major.  The scope of these books is broad indeed!  Chronologically, they span more than 4 centuries from approximately 848 to 425 b.c.  Geographically, they touch Israel, Judah, Syria, Moab, Ammon, Egypt, Ethopia and Assyria.

As you study these books, be prepared for gripping and graphic portrayals of both God and man:  Hosea's picture of God's love for his adulterous people symbolized by the prophet's love for adulterous wife; Jonah's portrayal of himself as a disobedient, runaway prophet pursued by a patient God; Amos' colorful visions of God's judgment that would come because of this continued disobedience; Obadiah's classic portrait of pride and so much more...
